Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Repairs Manager for a permanent role in Watford. You will lead repairs, maintenance, voids and related construction services, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver a fast-paced operation.

You will supervise multi-skilled teams, manage budgets, performance metrics and service improvement initiatives, and bring a recognised trade background. NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have a recognised trade background and experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services.
• Experience managing multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of customer-focused service delivery and performance measurement.
