Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Repairs Manager for a permanent role in Epsom. The successful candidate will lead repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services, act as an engaging and supportive leader, and build strong relationships while coaching and developing multi-skilled teams in a fast-paced operation.

The role requires a recognised trade background, a strong customer-focused service mindset, and comfort with performance metrics, budgets and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

Repairs Manager

Epsom

Day to Day for Repairs Manager:

We're looking for a proven manager with experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services. You'll be an engaging and supportive leader who can build strong relationships, coach and develop teams and confidently manage a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll have a recognised trade background, experience managing multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams, and a strong understanding of customer-focused service delivery. You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working with performance measures, budgets and service improvement initiatives.

A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be advantageous.
