Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Repairs Manager for a permanent role in the Loughton/Chelmsford area. You will lead repairs, maintenance, voids and construction-related services, building strong relationships with clients and teams.

You should have a recognised trade background and experience managing multi-skilled teams, with a focus on customer service, performance metrics and budgets. NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications would be advantageous.

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a RepairsManagerbased in Chelmsford.

Day to Day for Repairs Manager:

We're looking for a proven manager with experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services. You'll be an engaging and supportive leader who can build strong relationships, coach and develop teams and confidently manage a fast-paced operational environment.

You’ll have a recognised trade background, experience managing multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams, and a strong understanding of customer-focused service delivery. You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working with performance measures, budgets and service improvement initiatives.

A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be advantageous.
