Job summary

Build Recruitment in Watford is seeking a Repairs Manager with a proven record in repairs, maintenance, voids or related construction services. You will lead multi-skilled teams, coach colleagues, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure resilient service delivery.

You will manage budgets, performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting a strong safety culture. A recognised health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services.
• Proven ability to coach and develop multi-skilled teams.
• Commercial awareness with budgets and service-performance measures.
• Health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH is advantageous.
