Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Repairs Manager for a prominent housing provider to lead responsive repairs across East London and Essex. You will oversee supervisors, frontline teams, direct labour, and contractors to drive productivity while safeguarding residents and budgets.

The role emphasises performance against KPIs, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety legislation.

The Role

An established housing provider is seeking an experienced Repairs Manager to lead responsive repairs across East London and Essex.

You will manage supervisors and frontline teams, oversee direct labour operations and contractors, drive productivity and KPIs, improve resident satisfaction, and ensure financial and health and safety compliance.
