You will have a recognised trade background and a solid grasp of service delivery, budgets and performance metrics, with NEBOSH or IOSH being a plus. The role emphasizes safety, quality and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for a proven manager with experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services. You’ll be an engaging and supportive leader who can build strong relationships, coach and develop teams and confidently manage a fast-paced operational environment.

You’ll have a recognised trade background, experience managing multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams, and a strong understanding of customer-focused service delivery. You’ll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working with performance measures, budgets and service improvement initiatives.

A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be advantageous.
