Job summary

KC Group seeks a Repairs Coordinator to support a responsive repairs service. The role is full-time with hybrid working (1 day from home) and temporary. You will coordinate work orders, liaise with customers and contractors, and monitor progress to ensure high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have admin or repairs coordination or customer service experience, strong IT and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing repair work orders from initial request through to completion.
• Acting as a key contact for customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating repair and maintenance works.
• Monitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring timely completion within SLAs.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely repairs.
• Producing reports and supporting performance monitoring.

KC Group are recruiting Repairs Coordinators on behalf of a leading housing and property maintenance organisation.
This is a temporary opportunity offering an hourly rate of £15.01 per hour, working full-time, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working pattern of 1 day per week from home.

Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator with experience coordinating repairs, managing workloads, and liaising with customers and contractors? Key Responsibilities of the Repairs Coordinator role:

• Managing repair work orders from initial request through to completion.

• Producing reports and supporting operational performance monitoring.

To be considered for the Repairs Coordinator role:

• Previous administration, scheduling, repairs coordination or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Experience within housing, property maintenance or facilities management would be advantageous.
