Job summary

KC Group is recruiting Repairs Coordinators to support a leading housing and property maintenance organisation. The role is a temporary, full-time position with hybrid working (1 day per week from home) and an hourly rate of £15.01.

You will coordinate repairs, liaise with customers and contractors, manage workloads and ensure high-quality service delivery. Immediate start available with potential longer-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair work orders from initial request through to completion.
• Act as main point of contact for customers, contractors and internal teams.

• Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure timely completion within service levels.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

To be considered for the Repairs Coordinator role:

• Previous administration, scheduling, repairs coordination or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Experience within housing, property maintenance or facilities management would be advantageous.
