🚀 Renewals Specialist

📍 Cirencester, Gloucestershire | 🕒 Full-time | 📅 Starting ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a Renewals Specialist to join our team at Kubus. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals by proactively engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to provide a seamless and efficient contract renewal process.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Organise and administer renewal quotes in accordance with the established renewal process, identifying and communicating upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the sales team where relevant.
  • Engage with vendors and distribution to obtain support/license/subscriptions renewal quotations.
  • Create and develop all customer‑facing documentation, ranging from quotes to comprehensive proposals, in collaboration with the sales teams and any other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of renewals activities within the Salesforce system.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders for renewal‑based queries.
  • Ensure that all renewals are accurately processed and invoiced.
  • Create any necessary service reports during the contract term.
  • Undertake any customerphone calls required alongside the sales team.
  • Provide detailed and accurate renewal forecasts, encompassing pricing, timing and any notable risks.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining and reporting on departmental KPIs.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of the customer experience and automation of the renewal process.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement to enhance the renewal process.
