Qualifications

• Degree in youth work, social care, mental health nursing, or equivalent qualification.
• Working knowledge of safeguarding policies.
• Experience in mental health support.
• Knowledge of moderating online content.

Responsibilities

• Offer digital emotional well-being support to children and young people.
• Assess and manage risks for each person you support.
• Moderate service user submitted content and journals.
• Facilitate and support live forums.
