Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience configuring Workday Time & Attendance focusing on Austria.
• Proficiency with Workday Business Process configuration and security for Time/Absence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and deployment of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking across EMEA.
• Gather client requirements and drive solutions from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with data conversion teams to ensure high data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring scalable solutions.
• Facilitate user training and change management activities.
