The role involves regular communication with apprentices and employers, planning learning paths, and conducting assessments, both remotely and on campus. Qualifications

• First degree or equivalent occupational experience is required.
• An enhanced DBS check is necessary.
• Coaching and mentoring experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for apprentices and employers.

• Support apprentices in developing their learning plans.
