Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and webchat with accurate notes.
• Aim for first-contact resolution while providing professional support.
• Identify complex queries and escalate as needed.

• Verify customer identity and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Meet targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
