Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive strategic partnerships within the UK water sector. The role focuses on managing water industry frameworks, nurturing major customer relationships, and expanding service offerings across South of England.

You will develop account plans, coordinate with sales, engineering and delivery teams, and lead bids to secure future framework positions. A strong electrical engineering background and driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing key accounts and frameworks with strong commercial acumen.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, automation, controls or industrial infra.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of water industry framework agreements and act as primary contact for customers.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximise framework utilisation and revenue.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across water utilities, engineering consultancies and contractors.
• Identify AMP programme projects and capital investment opportunities for future work.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead customer meetings, framework reviews and business development activities.
