• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing cloud-based solutions in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a direct report, ensuring high-quality work.
• Configure system elements to meet evolving requirements.
• Act as the point of contact between business teams and technical resources.
• Conduct pre-release validation of configurations and integrations.
• Support user acceptance testing with test cases.
• Manage system releases and updates for core legal systems.
• Provide clear communication regarding system changes.
