Qualifications

• Experience delivering software system training or onboarding for end users.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Curiosity about customer goals and motivations.
• Comfort learning new systems and navigating technical details.
• Strong problem-solving and calm troubleshooting approach.
• Experience creating clear, user-focused learning materials.
• Ability to handle sensitive information per GDPR/quality standards.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with others.
• Curiosity and experimentation with AI to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding and implementation, from discovery to launch.
• Capture requirements and map processes for a seamless onboarding.
• Configure systems to meet customer needs amid complexity.
• Support customers through change and reduce friction.
• Design and maintain practical learning resources (guides, walkthroughs, SOPs).
• Turn recurring questions into reusable documentation and improvements.
• Enable self-serve training to free up time for complex work.
• Collaborate with product, eng and analysis to surface insights.
