Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn a signed contract into a working solution. You’ll own hands-on implementation from kickoff through configuration, validation, foundational training, launch and handoff, using real customer data and coordinating with technical and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or professional services.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to configure software and troubleshoot setup issues.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects to deadlines and outcomes.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to configuration, training, launch and handoff.
• Validate data readiness, environment requirements, security, and integrations.
• Translate scope into documented implementation plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and external partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate project records and manage multiple implementations.
