Everbridge is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on guiding large-scale customers through deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the platform, acting as a trusted partner across product and engineering teams.

You will lead governance, coordinate cross-functional resources, and deliver ongoing product education while ensuring customer success and timely issue resolution in a remote, home-based setup.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing role, delivering solutions and support.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer engagement through deployment, adoption, and ongoing operations.
• Establish and maintain governance with each client.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide monthly updates to internal teams.
• Define customer success criteria and create action plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide product education and training sessions for customer teams.
• Troubleshoot concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document, prioritize, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Advocate for customers with Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption and value.
