Job summary

Deliverect is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide customers through technical implementations of our SaaS platform. You will manage multiple projects, deliver training, and act as a trusted advisor to SMB to enterprise clients across Europe.

Fluent English required; 1-3 years in a client-facing technical role; strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role offers a hybrid setup with 3 days in a local European office and 2 days from home, or a fully remote arrangement

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a client‑facing technical role, such as an Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Specialist or Technical Account Manager, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB, mid‑market or enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market) managing timelines and client expectations while making decisions on project execution and escalating significant scope changes.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform, and provide hands‑on support during and post‑implementation to resolve technical issues.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, configuring the Deliverect platform to align with specific client needs and delivering customised solutions using your deep knowledge of our product suite and integration capabilities.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation, escalating complex problems to Engineering or Product teams and ensuring timely resolutions for clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation workflows and platform enhancements.
