Job summary

risr/ is hiring a Training & Implementation Specialist in the United Kingdom. The role guides customers through onboarding and implementing our assessment solutions, with a focus on scalable learning resources and reducing live training requirements.

You will configure the platform to meet customer needs, support change management, and deliver outcomes-driven training, while collaborating with the Customer Success Team to empower customers and enable self-service where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software system training or onboarding for end users
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt approach for different audiences
• Clear written and spoken English, including documentation for customers
• Curiosity about customer goals, challenges, and motivations
• Comfort learning new systems and navigating technical details
• Strong problem-solving and calm, structured troubleshooting skills
• Experience creating clear, user-focused learning or implementation materials
• Ability to handle sensitive information in line with GDPR and quality standards
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with others
• Curious, experimental approach to AI and applying it to work

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation from discovery through launch
• Capture functional requirements and processes during early discovery for seamless onboarding
• Configure systems to meet customer needs and manage complexity
• Create clear learning materials, guides, SOPs and reusable documentation
• Reduce live training by enabling self-serve resources and improving onboarding speed
• Collaborate with internal teams to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Deliver targeted training sessions focused on outcomes and value
