Job summary

PASS is seeking an Implementation and Training Consultant in the UK to lead customer onboarding and remote training for care-sector software solutions. You will drive post-sale implementations, manage timelines and risk, and deliver tailored training to diverse care teams.

Use AI creatively to enhance onboarding speed and quality while collaborating with teammates in a hybrid work setup. You will contribute to successful digital adoption, develop training materials, and ensure customers gain

Qualifications

Experience delivering remote software training to non-technical users.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Demonstrable experience using AI tools in a professional context.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of new customer implementations from contract close to go-live.
Deliver role-appropriate remote training to schedulers, managers and care workers.
Identify AI opportunities to improve implementation quality and consistency.
Create project plans and manage timelines to drive go-live.
