Job summary

Warwick District Council is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to act as the key link between residents, contractors and surveyors during planned improvement and maintenance works to council homes.

You will support residents throughout projects, provide clear information, manage queries and concerns, and help ensure works are delivered with minimal disruption and a positive customer experience. The role offers home-based working with occasional office/site attendance as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, engagement or resident-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Confidence using IT systems and producing clear written communications.
• A positive, proactive approach with a genuine commitment to helping customers.
