Job summary

Warwick District Council, Housing Assets, is recruiting two permanent Tenant Liaison Officers. Grade F salary between £32,046 and £34,811 per annum, 37 hours per week.

The postholder will work predominantly from home with required attendance at offices or sites within Warwick District. You will act as the key link between residents, contractors and surveyors during planned improvement and maintenance works, provide clear information, handle queries, and help ensure works are delivered with

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, engagement or resident-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Confidence using IT systems and producing clear written communications.
• A positive, proactive approach with a genuine commitment to helping customers.

Responsibilities
