Job summary

dcs associates seeks an experienced Telemarketer and Appointment Setter to create fully qualified sales appointments in the hospitality and related sectors, presenting IT, telephony and cyber security products.

This part-time role (12 hours/week) is mostly remote with occasional visits to Bumpers Farm, Chippenham. Base pay £15/hour with a £100 bonus for each qualified lead that becomes a sales meeting, plus commission on active contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or telemarketing is strongly desired
• Strong people skills and a friendly conversational style
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage with management and director level contacts
• Proficient with CRM systems and professional social tools (LinkedIn)

Responsibilities

• Identifying key attributes of potential companies and decision makers
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce services and generate interest for hotels (B2B)
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and provide a written overview
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM
• Coordinate with other departments on promotional campaigns
• Update company social media
