Job summary

Task Talent Recruitment Ltd is a UK recruitment agency expanding its client outreach function and bringing on freelance appointment setters and BDRs to identify and engage new companies across the UK. This remote, self-employed, commission-only role offers uncapped commission and realistic OTE from £950 per month.

You will research potential client companies, reach out by phone, email or LinkedIn, and book qualified appointments for our recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Based in the UK; self-employed contractor.
• Experience in telesales, appointment setting or B2B sales.
• Knowledge of CTPS and PECR or willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying suitable UK companies using approved data sources.
• Contacting decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for our team.
• Set and Close track: managing the client relationship through to a confirmed placement.
• Recording activity accurately in our CRM.
