Job summary

KC Group are recruiting an Appointment Setter on behalf of a leading B2B telemarketing and customer engagement organisation. This temporary role with the view of becoming permanent offers an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour, with part-time or full-time opportunities available, working Monday to Friday.

The role involves speaking with senior decision-makers, identifying new opportunities, and booking high-quality appointments for client sales teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Confidence on the telephone.
• Previous customer service, sales, recruitment or call handling experience is advantageous.
