Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking an immediately available Temporary Telesales Executive for an ongoing Hoddesdon assignment. The role focuses on outbound B2B outreach, researching target markets, identifying senior decision-makers, and booking qualified appointments for the senior sales team.

You will work 100% in the office, and interviews are scheduled soon to onboard new talent quickly. Prior outbound sales and CRM experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Recent outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience.
• Confident pitching and engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
• Skilled at online sourcing, particularly via LinkedIn.
• Detail-oriented with CRM data entry and timely pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Research potential target businesses within relevant sectors.
• Identify decision-makers and senior leaders using professional networks, company sites, and public registers.
• Gather and confirm direct phone numbers, mobiles, and email addresses.
• Make outbound calls to introduce services, qualify interest, and secure meetings.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, handling any rebooking or no-shows.
• Keep records updated and report weekly on outreach activity and booked meetings.
