Job summary

Task Talent Recruitment Ltd is seeking a freelance Appointment Setter/BDR for a remote, commission‑only role in the UK. You will identify UK companies, reach decision‑makers by phone, email or LinkedIn, and book qualified appointments for our recruitment team.

This self‑employed position offers uncapped commission with realistic OTE examples, full flexibility over hours, plus onboarding and CRM training. You can progress to higher commissions on a Set and Close track.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, business development or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Recruitment sector experience is a strong advantage.
• Confident communicator with professional phone manner and clear written communication.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload as a contractor.
• Based in the UK, with understanding of CTPS and PECR or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying suitable UK companies using approved data sources.
• Contacting decision‑makers by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for the team.
• Set and Close track: manage client relationships through to placement.
• Record activity accurately in the CRM.
