Job summary

Ostratto seeks a technically skilled Technical Consultant to join a remote-based team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for clients, liaising via phone or support desk and delivering clear solutions within defined SLA.

You will build client systems, support sales with technical queries and continuously explore new technologies to enhance our portfolio while working from a UK workplace and maintaining an excellent standard of written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Interest in technology/computing and openness to learning new courses.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• UK-based, in UK timezone, with reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues for clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across systems and networks.
• Communicate with clients via phone or support desk within SLA.
• Provide prompt feedback using internal/external resources to resolve issues.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tickets and follow up until resolved.
• Assist Sales with technical queries and draft designs for implementations.
• Build and deploy client systems and complex platforms.
• Research and test new solutions to add to our portfolio.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
