Job summary

Omexom UK is seeking a Regional IT Support Specialist to deliver on-site and remote IT support across multiple locations within the assigned region. You will install hardware, support staff, and maintain documentation while coordinating with the central IT department.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to travel between sites, and proactive problem solving. You will contribute to knowledge base updates and participate in major deployments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in IT or equivalent.
• Or more than 3 years’ experience working in a similar IT support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across regional sites.
• Resolve tickets in line with SLAs and assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Install and configure laptops, desktops and peripheral hardware.
• Support video conferencing and meeting room technologies.
• Create and update knowledge base articles for common issues.
• Collaborate with central IT teams on incidents and service requests.
• Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Conduct scheduled site visits and provide local support and training.
