Equals Group PLC is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the technical relationship with a portfolio of payment service providers, acquirers and platforms post go-live. You will monitor health, lead incident responses with Engineering, and coordinate technical scoping for new client initiatives.

You will collaborate with Platform Account Managers on commercial relationships and ensure migrations land without disruption. A hybrid working model is offered across the UK and Europe.

Formación

• Three or more years as a Technical Account Manager, integration engineer, technical support lead, or solutions engineer in an API-first payments/fintech business.

Responsabilidades

• Be the named technical contact for a portfolio of programme-manager clients after go-live.
• Know each client's integration or white-label setup: endpoints, flows, volumes, dependencies and known issues.
• Monitor integration health and act on errors, failures and degradation before the client notices.
• Lead the technical response to incidents with Engineering and Operations, inform the client, and run post-incident reviews.
• Communicate releases, API changes and deprecations, and help clients migrate.
• Run technical reviews alongside the account manager's business reviews.
• Scope new products and use cases with Solutions Engineering for existing clients.
• Support implementation in final go-live stages and hand-off from Implementation.
