Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Associate Technical Account Manager to act as the main technical contact for customers, guiding onboarding, connectivity, certification and ongoing service adoption.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations and Client Services to deliver an outstanding customer experience, coordinate readiness activities and communicate metrics to ensure configurations meet best practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial markets (Equities, Exchange Trading, Market Data or Post Trade services).
• Experience in a client-facing technical role (Technical Account Management, Client Services, Technical Support or Customer Success).
• Understanding of electronic trading technologies, connectivity solutions and the FIX Protocol.
• Experience supporting onboarding, certification, testing or readiness in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Account Managers in delivering high-quality service across onboarding and readiness.
• Provide functional support and guidance, managing enquiries with SLA-aligned response.
• Coordinate onboarding, connectivity, testing, certification and readiness activities.
• Produce and maintain customer communications and documentation.
• Gather and communicate service usage metrics (latency, connectivity, gateway usage).
• Build relationships and track project readiness across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Project Management, Network and Support to implement changes.
