Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Bank Virtual Care Centre Operator to provide first point of contact for TEC users and support their daily living needs from our Widnes head office.

You will monitor the TEC platform, record interactions, and ensure compassionate, person-centred support across England and Scotland. This role requires IT comfort, empathetic communication, and the ability to build connections with individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in person-centred social care support.
• Strong IT skills and comfort with TEC platform.
• Experience with mental health support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for TEC users.
• Provide remote support to individuals using TEC platform.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and care logs.
• Work across England and Scotland with flexible shifts.
