Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a proactive TEC Officer to join the NEW Technology Enabled Care (TEC) team. You will design personalised support plans, assess care needs and provide TEC equipment while supporting clients in using it confidently.

You’ll collaborate with health professionals and community partners to deliver the best outcomes, with a hybrid model requiring on-site presence and field visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health or social care setting.
• Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care is ideal, but commitment to working towards it is welcome.
• Role involves travel to people’s homes or other settings; safeguarding and data protection are important.

Responsibilities

• Design personalised support plans for customers and families.
• Assess and review care needs and provide TEC equipment.
• Guide people in using TEC equipment confidently.
• Collaborate with health professionals, voluntary organisations and other partners to achieve the best outcomes.
