Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Virtual Care Centre Operator to provide the first point of contact for TEC users, monitoring the platform from Widnes and ensuring safe, person-centred support across England and Scotland.

You'll work 36 hours per week in a permanent role, primarily day shifts, delivering remote assistance, accurate record keeping, and compassionate engagement to help people lead better, more independent lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in person-centred support in the social care sector.
• Strong mental health background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• You’ll provide remote support to vulnerable individuals via the TEC platform.
• You’ll maintain accurate records and log updates for each interaction.
• You’ll be the first point of contact for TEC users and work from the Widnes base.
