Job summary

Herefordshire Council is seeking a Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Delivery & Development Practitioner to join our TEC service in Hereford. The role blends hands-on assessment and installation with service development, with agile working and travel across Herefordshire.

You will install and configure telecare and TEC equipment in people’s homes, carry out strengths-based assessments and help extend our assess-and-install model using remote monitoring to inform care decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing telecare and TEC equipment in customers' homes.
• Experience with daily activity monitoring systems and related tech.
• Ability to assess needs, risks and outcomes in health/social care settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and complete strengths-based TEC assessments.
• Install, configure, test and fault-find telecare and TEC products.
• Set up and review daily activity monitoring, interpreting data.
• Contribute to equipment evaluation and service improvements.
