Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a proactive TEC Officer to join the NEW Technology Enabled Care team. Help people live independently using sensors, pendants and smart hubs, and design personalised support plans for customers and families.

You’ll assess care needs, provide TEC equipment, and guide users, while collaborating with health professionals and partners to secure the best outcomes. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or social care setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload.
• Willing to travel to clients' homes and other settings.

Responsibilities

• Design personalised support plans based on assessed needs.
• Assess and review care needs and TEC equipment requirements.
• Provide TEC equipment and train users to use it confidently.
