Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed-term basis to deliver end-to-end recruitment for nursery settings across a designated region.

The role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on recruitment, with regular stakeholder engagement and employer brand activities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-volume recruitment, plus familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and campus or campaign-based sourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using Workday for applicant tracking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for nursery/healthcare roles within designated region.
• Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards, social media and networks; headhunt when needed.
• Partner with business to promote employer brand and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
