Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for teaching, support and Regional Support Office roles. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions across the UK network.

You will proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, support employer branding, and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions.

Qualifications

You will have proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a related HR role.
You will have demonstrable success in building and managing talent pipelines.
You will have experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
You will have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
