Job summary

The Learning Experience (TLE) is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Operations Specialist to own day-to-day recruitment delivery and talent systems execution across our TLE UK childcare centres and Banana Moon nursery locations. Based at Head Office in Warwickshire, this role combines hands-on recruiting with hands-on ownership of our applicant tracking system, GoHire.

You will manage vacancies and candidate pipelines directly with centre and nursery leaders while partnering with the Senior

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a multi-site setup.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; administration or configuration experience preferred.
• Ability to own projects and work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day recruitment delivery across TLE UK childcare centres and Banana Moon locations.
• Manage vacancies and candidate pipelines with centre and nursery leaders.
• Maintain GoHire vacancies, templates, workflows and content.
• Build and maintain recruitment reporting on pipeline health and sourcing performance.
• Support safer recruitment and pre-employment workflows from a systems perspective.
• Provide first-line GoHire system support and troubleshoot issues.
• Test system changes and roll out new functionality.
