Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is remote with occasional travel to Bright Horizons nurseries and offices in the UK, with our HO in Northampton.

Salary is £DOE, starting from £33k, with applications closing 1 November 2026. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for nursery settings and partner with HR and operations to build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruitment, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Experience recruiting in nursery care or healthcare sectors is desirable.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
• Goal-driven with a solid understanding of recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Bright Horizons nursery settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-touch resourcing solutions.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards, and campaigns.
• Promote employer brand and manage the candidate journey from brief to onboarding.
