Job summary

NHBC in Milton Keynes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed-term contract until October 2027. You will work with hiring managers to attract top talent, manage multiple vacancies, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines.

You will also help strengthen NHBC’s employer brand, ensure a positive candidate experience, and collaborate with HR to align recruitment with workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple vacancies in high-volume recruitment.
• Direct sourcing, headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and social networking tools for recruitment.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills to influence hiring managers.
• Proactive, organised approach with excellent time-management and prioritisation.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, systems and external market trends.
• Ability to provide constructive candidate feedback and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and plan hiring strategies.
• Manage multiple vacancies from briefing to offer, ensuring a smooth process.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines to support immediate and future needs.
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment approaches, market trends and candidate availability.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external providers for value.
• Champion NHBC’s employer brand and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with HR and talent colleagues to align recruitment with workforce plans.
