Job summary

We Are Stronger Charity is looking for a Membership Manager to oversee our sponsorship and membership programs. The role involves managing relationships with sponsors, handling renewals, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities in English.

This responsibility requires you to work closely with the leadership team and nurture vital partnerships. We only accept candidates who have over 3 years of relevant experience working in the UK.

The position allows for remote working opportunities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in data handling and tracking schedules.
• High accuracy with spreadsheets and partner agreements.
• Confident in written and spoken English communication.
• Comfortable with MS Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update sponsorship spreadsheets and partnerships.
• Monitor and track membership renewals proactively.
• Serve as point of contact for sponsors and partners.
• Acquire new partners to support the charity.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with sponsors.
