We Are Stronger Charity in Greater London is seeking an events-focused professional to lead and organise engaging, online and in-person fundraising events.

You will work with a small team, sourcing sponsors, planning resources, managing budgets, and delivering memorable experiences while prioritising inclusion and effective communication. The role is hybrid, combining remote coordination with on-site activities.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Solid experience reaching potential clients and sponsors.
• Background in targeting audiences for marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Looking for Sponsors.
• Fundraising.
• Organise remote events online using conference software (Zoom/Skype/Teams).
• Plan and coordinate resources (venue, seating, guest lists).
• Build and adhere to an event budget (with limited or no budget).
• Plan multiple events simultaneously.
• Handle events from start to finish.
• Welcoming guests and communicating with staff.
