Hack The Box is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical demos and consultancy for enterprise clients. You will become a SME on HTB products, supporting trials, workshops, and trainings while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to expand enterprise adoption.

The role offers a fully remote option (UK preferred) with a relocation pathway within Europe, and reports to the Senior Director, Global Solutions Engineering. A strong cybersecurity background is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or technical consulting role in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of SaaS models and cybersecurity concepts.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with practitioners and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver tailored and impactful product demos to new prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on deal strategy and technical wins.
• Guide customers through value-led trials and evaluations of Hack The Box offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer technical stakeholders to ensure ongoing value.
• Conduct Hack The Box workshops and professional trainings; deepen SME knowledge.
