Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support post-sales audit reviews and technical client support.
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
• Assist engineers in creating demos of proposed solutions.
• Analyze current technologies to identify gaps in processes.
• Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates.
• Collaborate with sales to monitor progress and implementation.
• Facilitate product training webinars.
• Represent the brand at conferences and trade shows.
• Work at Reading location in-office.
