ThreatLocker Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer for our Reading, UK office.

You will be the technical expert supporting clients through the product lifecycle, delivering detailed specifications for proposed solutions and collaborating with sales to drive successful implementations. The role emphasizes post-sales support, demonstrations, training webinars, and presence at conferences, with an in-office expectation at Reading.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions.
Experience within cybersecurity industry preferred.
Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
Understanding of sales cycle and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage post-sales cycle and provide technical support to clients during audits.
Serve as a technical expert for proposed solutions including time and scope.
Assist engineers in creating demonstrations of proposed solutions for the team.
Analyze current technologies to identify potential gaps in processes.
Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates related to customer experience.
Collaborate with sales to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
Anticipate project challenges and proactively manage them.
Create and deploy product training webinars.
Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador and presenter.
The role is based at the Reading location and is an in-office position.
