Job summary

Hack The Box is seeking a Tech Customer Support specialist to provide 24/7 assistance to HTB users across all products. You will diagnose issues, reproduce reports, and coordinate with infra, content, and software engineering teams to resolve them.

You will use real-time chat tools to communicate with users, open Jira tickets with reproducible steps, and keep stakeholders updated on progress of complex cases. This role supports a fast-growing cyber readiness platform.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Hack The Box platforms and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests from the customer user-base across HTB platforms and reproduce user-reported issues.
