Hack The Box is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join a global team. You will deliver tailored demos, support enterprise clients, and partner with success teams to drive value for cybersecurity learners and practitioners.

The role emphasizes becoming a SME, running trainings, and enabling growth across HTB offerings. The position is fully remote with a London/Folkestone office option, and includes relocation support and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles as Solutions Engineer or similar in cybersecurity.
• Strong SaaS and cybersecurity concepts understanding.
• Curiosity, learning mindset, and ability to engage executives and practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver tailored product demos to prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and technical wins.
• Guide customers through value-led trials of Hack The Box offerings.
• Build relationships with customer technical stakeholders for ongoing value.
• Conduct Hack The Box workshops and professional trainings.
• Dive deep into HTB content to become a strong SME.
• Provide technical story-based consultations and deliverables.
