Job summary

DomainTools is hiring a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers for Europe. You will own the technical win, run discovery, design solutions, deliver demos, and be the trusted technical peer through renewal and expansion.

You will have mentors while driving breakthrough integrations with SIEM, SOAR, TIP, and real-time threat feeds. Expect travel up to 25% as you engage with top security teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
• Strong fluency with the cybersecurity landscape and security buyer.
• Working knowledge of DNS, WHOIS/RDAP, passive DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP and how internet infrastructure is abused.
• Hands-on with at least one SIEM, one SOAR, and one TIP.
• Comfort with RESTful APIs, JSON, and scripting (Python preferred).
• Excellent demo and whiteboard skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, technical qualification, solution design, demo, and POV for enterprise opportunities.
• Translate customer pain points into DomainTools workflows across Iris Investigate, DNSDB, real-time threat feeds, MCP Server.
• Design and defend integration architectures with SIEM, SOAR, TIP, XDR, and data platforms.
• Lead training, onboarding, and education sessions to drive adoption of the solution.
